In this world filled with so much hate and sadness ,
is it wrong to dream of peace ,love and happiness ?.
To many people carrying guns and knifes with intent to kill ,
what is is with these people ?if thats how they get their thrill.
The lifes of people that are still so young ,
are being cut so short and it is just wrong.
Being a mum of three I live with the fear ,
that in this world they are not safe and I pray bad news I never have to hear.
Has a parent you try to guide your kids the best you can ,
but there is just no protecting them from everything bad known to man.
I hope I have taught my kids well to know the difference between right and wrong ,
so if they are faced with anything bad they can walk away and stay strong.
So in this world so full of bad that we do live in ,
I'll hold on to my dreams of something better and in them carry on believing.
