Why Are We Here?

She looks at the girl thats before her
She wonders what made her this way
She doesnt know anything about her
She wants to go back where she came.

She sits in the corner
Watching as they walk by
And she starts to wonder
If they ever see her crying

And shes crying out for help
She just wants to be herself
Can someone not love her,
And just be her friend?
Will her pain and sorrow end?
Or just go on, carrying on.

She looks at the pill thats before her
She knows what she needs to do

She wants to make everything new

She starts to feel dizzy,
She starts to feel numb,
She starts to feel stupid,
She starts to feel dumb...

And shes crying out for help
She just wants to be herself

If we were put on earth to help one another
If we are here to save them from a lie
Then what are we doing here with each other?
While they all are around us screaming for life?
