The words you said it tore me apart
felt like you left me alone in the dark
you ran from me and followed your heart
lonely i sit, bottle in hand
ready to give up on this hell you created
you left me alone to die as you dropped my heart and pushed me out of the way
nothing to say but my tears said it all
heart pounding out of me chest i walk away
arrive at home and sit on top of my bed
replaying those words you said....
"My heart did grow farther apart. thought you could tell thought you were smart."
as soon as those words came out of your mouth
i could of sworn i felt the world stop
one thing left to do on my list,
empty that forty into my mouth and walk into the light
