Really great one Charisma! I like the pace to this poem, and the fact that it isn't too cluttered with words, shorter verses, but still just as powerful. I really liked the 7th stanza:
"It's been so hard to pretend
    When I'm breaking down again"
    Love it, 5/5!

I absolutely loved the flow of this poem. The last stanza finished it all with a good bang! Nice job.

It was a good piece. My favorite stanzas were by far numbers six and seven. The emotions, rhymes and flow was great.

Somehow listening to a sad song can just bring on the tears....reminds me of that Joe Diffie song...

Good rhyming and flow....I can so relate to it!

    Take care, Debbie

It sounded like a well versed song.. maybe Joni Mitchell would have sang those lines, once.. You have taken a common subject, and given it a personal slant.. Well done. Fantastically written. xx

5/5! that was great. I understand what it's like to be tired of holding everything in and just wanting release. Great Piece!

    "Turned a sad song on
    And with it sang along
    I didn't know the words
    But I understood the hurt"

Oh wow. I think EVERYONE male and female alike can relate whole heartedly to this stanza.

Amazing work Charisma, as always!! I've missed your poems since i've been gone from the site, but now i'm back, i hope to read more and more =)
