I have lost my strength and bravery, umongst other things this year.
Yet he says I am strong and says I can do it.
But I tell him in vain that I am not strong or brave.
And he says he will repelish it.
In my heart I know he could help me
But I must confess I am scared.

And I do not know how to get them back.
