I'll catch you

by Whitney   Jan 28, 2008

I should have known.
That this would happen.
I always choose your type.

The ones who want one thing.
There best at pretending.
Until they get what they want.

Then its all over.
There job is done.
So they move on to the next.

I can't believe i trusted you.
I put all of my heart,
Into what i thought we had.

You always said to me...
"When theres no one there at all,
I'll be there to catch you when you fall."

I don't need you to catch me.
I didn't fall as hard as you think.
Because i landed on my own two feet.

I don't need you anymore.
All the crying is over,
And our pictures are gone.

I'm sorry i cared.
I'm sorry i tried.
But most of all,
I'm sorry you lied.
