While lying in the sand,
I remembered your face
I missed those calming hands
And your sweet warm embrace.

I longed for your touch
I longed for your kiss
I love you so much
You're all that I miss.

Being always with you
Made my days complete
In everything we do,
We feel this magic beat.

Together we play
Together we laugh
You were always on my side
When the road gets rough.

You gently took my hand
And we danced in the rain
I'll never forget that day
You've wiped away the pain.

I'm thankful to God
That He gave you to me
Even if it took me a while
Still I found the right key.

You'll remain in my heart
With much love and care
You took me with you
Though you're now up there.
