Moments

If we could freeze a moment
Make time alone stand still
Those special moments in our lives
That memories cant fill

To keep a kiss forever
Or a tear never to dry
All our biggest emotions
Not to go, as time goes by.

To stop a clock from ticking
There surely is a way,
To keep the times we cherish
And always have them stay.

But we cannot freeze a moment
Only a picture in a frame,
We can close our eyes to reminsce
But its never quite the same.

If I ever find a way for us
To make all time stand still,
Ill tell all the lovers of the world
Be certain that I will.
