Mom

I need you mom, more than you know.
I really wish I could let it show.
I sit and think of my life without you.
Once you're gone my life will be through.

I shed so many tears thinking about the past.
Praying to God that your life will always last.
Waking up one day without you here.
I will live the rest of my life in constant fear.

I think of the memories that we've shared.
Knowing not a day went by that you haven't cared.
When I think of where I'll be in many years.
I think of you being gone, and I cry more tears.

I don't want to live a life without a mother.
You're my mom, and there won't be another.
I can see myself picking up the phone.
Then realizing I'm all alone.

I need you to live longer than me.
If you go first I don't know where I'll be.
I need you mom more than you know.
