If I died

by Ashleigh Skand   Jan 30, 2008

If I die before I wake

I prey that I wasn't just another mistake

I did love you

So if I die before the night

I prey that everything is alright

Did you love me?

Or just another lie

Would you care if I died?

I wake up screaming your name

You rolling through your life just another game

If I were to die before I wake

I prey no more lies from you to take

My hearts been broken by you one last time

Sinful love what a crime

If I were to die before I wake

Would you cry for goodness sake?

Just another mark against your chest

My breathing slows upon my breasts

My heart has no pulse

My skin now blue

What did I ever do to you?
So if I die before I wake

I prey to loose every pain that you take.
