Pain & Sorrow

My heart is full of pain
from both family and friends
but mostly its from those people
who have nothing nice to say

My blood flows like a river
keeping me alive
my vains pump this blood so
i can survive

my hands grasp the ground
as i howl for help
my smile not so bright
as it might of been yesturday

my heart is full of sorrow
and my head about to lower
my breath about to run out
but most of all im about to give in
