Out There On The Road

by brie kelly wise   Jan 31, 2008

From the corner of my eye
I could see the sun reflect off the snow
The windows are down
The doors locked to its main detail
I can't help but notice how she treats you
As if you're gliding on her perfect line
From the depths of her heart she's tied
I see her stare but her eyes change wavelengths
We're up high on the mountains
She screams come down now
We're out there on the road
Come down before it's too late
We're out there on the road
Come home now before summer turns to grey
Wave goodbye, now
Come out from the bathroom stall
City boy can love southern drawn
Shaping the heart, half you half me
We're out there no the road
Let's go home now
