I held your hand today but it was only in a dream,
i smiled as i recall your smile and the shine from them eyes,
they were the most amazing shade of blue i remember,
lieing hand n hand we stared at the starry skies.
how i wished i would not awaken from this dream,
so i could lie with you under the beautiful milky way,
as we would gaze at eachother and our lips would
mouth the things we have no need to say.
for in this dream we have no need for i love yous,
or any regrets or apoligises will fall unto deaf ears,
for this paradise that we share is so magical,
there is no room for our heartaches and fears.
But The angels cannot wait forever my friend,
so i must return to the home you left so long ago,
and comfort the family you left behind so sadly,
for they are the ones that do not no.
they do not no heaven for they never opened there eyes,
and they do not see the reason why everyone dies,
they have never looked to the heavens and seen your smiling face,
and my friend they never new heaven was such a wonderful place,
