Hitting the palate
Like a mallet
Full of merit

An abrupt wine
Sparkling fine
Fragrantly divine
Intensity define

A dark cherry
Of bold body
Lightly fruity
Deeply fussy

Of rich colour
Cheeky flavour
A dark etcher
This dear stickler
