Free From Commitment At last

by Juan   Feb 2, 2008

In the soothing breath of thin air,
it feels like everything around is unfair,
no words can express this feeling,
other than cheating and lying.

This moment was meant to be,
now I can be free,
no more commitment,
no more argument,
now I can continue my life,
without using my knife,
to cut down all the pain before,
but now theres no more.

I give up,
I'll just let everything fall down from the top,
even if it means suffering,
soon I will have my happiness flowing.

I predicted everything would end this way,
so my last words I'll say,
" you used to be my everything,
but now you're nothing,
goodbye and now your my past,
finally I'm free from commitment at last."

I really liked how you wrote that. The flow and rhythm was fantastic and the wording was great as well. All in all a wonderful job and I loved the way you expressed how you felt and the emotions, that was the best part. 5/5
