I dated this boy once
Thought he was the best.
But as it turns out
He was just like the rest.
He told me he loved me
and filled me with lies.
You can imagine my suprise
when he told me goodbye.
Was it because I didn't put out,
like girls all the rest?
Said he'd wait forever
but didn't pass the test.
He called me one day
out of the blue,
and said "I'm sorry
but I don't love you."
It's funny how his feelings
changed so fast.
I went from his present
to a part of his past.
Didn't really care about me
Could have gave our love a try.
Now I realize this boy
is nothing
but a lie.
