I saw them kiss,
So I ran home to cry on my bed
Not a word did my mother had said,
But I knew there was something on her head.
My father came in late at night
He looked at me from left to right
He saw me hanging from a rope
And cut it with a knife, yet I didn't budge, I won't.
And on my dresser a note was found:
Dig my grave, dig it deep
Dig my grave, from head to feet
And on the top, put a dove
To show the world I died for love.
