Wandering blues

by jason   Feb 5, 2008

I walk the highway with my rucksack on
i walk the highway with my rucksack on
i walk the highway with my rucksack on

trying to turn the never ending bends
lonesome dove only the wind as my friend

my shoes all worn tattered laces too
my shoes all worn tattered laces too
my shoes all worn tattered laces too

sleeping in bus shelters away from the cold
visions of solitude and grey growing old

my coat all dusty torn at the arms
my coat all dusty torn at the arms
my coat all dusty torn at the arms

my love washed away in the morning tide
my heart will keep walking till the day i die

how can i ever settle down again
how can i ever settle down again
how can i ever settle down again

il keep on walking till theres no roads to use
and sing to myself about the wandering blues
