Broken Bond

The bond is broken
What lived once now is gone
All the love care and tenderness she provided us with
Has vanished
She is some where else now
We can no longer sense her presence
She was our sister
Our guide through life
She always put her self down to keep us up
Ignored her life to build ours
She was all about devotion
She cared for everyone but herself
And that what took her away
away from us
She sacrificed her life to save mine
She loved us like no one could ever do
Bled and cry for me
As I look at her picture I can see that glow in her eyes
That lovely shimmer in those blue wide eyes
I still remember her sweet touch in smiles and frowns
I still hear her voice in my mind
How come she is gone while she still lives in me
All that goodness all that love, how can it be gone ?
You had so much to give...
Why ? Why did you go?
It should have been me?
