I Don't Know What To Do

What do you do when your heart is breaking?
When the one who can stop it, is the reason it's aching?

What do you do when you sit and cry?
And the person who can stop you is the reason why?

What do you do when you feel so unaided?
When the one who can help you is why you're frustrated?

What do you do when you have scars on your arms?
And the 'love of your life' led you to do harm?

What do you do when everyone leaves?
And the one you thought you could trust deceives?

What do you do when you don't want to exist?
When you know you won't be missed?

What do you do when the razors call?
And the one you love caused it all?

So many tears and heartbreaks caused by you
Now I'm lost and I don't know what to do?
