I know I should be happy, and I know I was happy just a few minutes ago. Now I'm not though. Why does this keep happening to me?

When I was younger I would be scared to go to sleep thinking that I would have a nightmare and any sort of reality was better than that. Now I am scared to wake up because all this reality is far worse than the dreams.

I now know that when you try to kill yourself that's when you go too far, there's no such thing as a little problem when it comes to cutting, and the first time you pick up the knife is when you should start being scared for your life.

I told myself that once I was sure I was done cutting that I would wash the blood off of my wall. I washed it off last night so I know I'm really done now.
