For all of you who haven't cut, be proud of yourself, you're doing great. For all of you who have quit cutting, you're amazing and I look up to you. For all of you who are cutting, don't feel bad, you're not alone in the fight.

Did you pick up the razor, shove it in my hand and tell me that if I open my skin with it then I'll feel better? Of course not. So why are you blaming yourself?

When do you know you've gone to far? When do you go from just a little problem to really needing help? When do you start being scared for your life? When will these questions end?

Believe me when I say that I will never hurt myself again. Believe me when I say that I'll never try to kill myself again. Believe me when I say that I'm so sorry.

I told myself that once I was sure I was done cutting that I would wash the blood off of my wall. I washed it off last night so I know I'm really done now.

I now know that when you try to kill yourself that's when you go too far, there's no such thing as a little problem when it comes to cutting, and the first time you pick up the knife is when you should start being scared for your life.
