A majority of my poetry is about someone close and dear to my heart, her name was Elisabetta aka Liz, and she was a part of this site. She passed away in 2008 from cancer. I miss her dearly. I love you Liz, always and forever. |
Lizzy, Lizzy
Where have you gone, I really miss you...
Sitting, listening, watching still,
Movements caressing daylights will...
He pressed his lips against home soil,
then kissed his lover, and cradled his gun...
Whose back this is I think I know...
His private message will soon show...
'Tis fair anight that thee has oft incliped,
agazed thy complexion abates, yare to discase...
Clear your mind, continue to move on...for today...
the start of something greater than you...today...
I am the winterman
no part of this desolation is worse...
Reminiscing...
Starlit skies, snow gently falling...
Pondering what to write
I sit and think about you...
Brisk, thy air is crisp,
merely fluent, she's embraced...
Be true to yourself, for the truth will make miracles happen. |
Nothing's everlasting, life's roads are long and winding littered with debris of broken hearts. |
Life is a journey full of roads, long, short, up-hill, down-hill, and forked, but it is only you whom makes the decision which way to go. |
