I knew the time was coming,
I didn't think it would be so soon,
Depression and mania grabs you and kicks you where it hurts.

So scared that everyone is right.
I know i need my pills.
So scared ill be taken away again
Locked up for a month.
But the scariest is knowing i feel much worse than last time.

So sick of being the way i am..
Nobody understands as much as they say..
So i say..

I finally met my goal,
i'm not going to let this pull me down again,
i must keep on being strong.

At least not today i will cry.

When he kisses me i feel alive.
When he hugs me i feel loved.
When he is with me i have butterflies.
When he was down on that one knee,
I felt the happiest i had been in three years.
Now when he is with me i know he will never let me go.

Is this really a load of drunken dreams or the way that it really goes?
