Why do they always make me feel like shit when they're around?

Why is it so hard to fall asleep when you have too much pain in your heart?

Do you know how it feels to have so much pain in your heart that the only way to make it go away for a while is to cut your arm up????

Some people wants to change the future.... I wanna change the past...

I lost controll,,,,,the pain is taking over once again.....

Everytime it feels like you wanna give up your life....

I thought I already was at the bottom of my pain,that it couldn't be any worse but I guess I was wrong...
There is NO bottom of my pain,
