Life's Greatest Illusion Is Love.

The Heart is just a muscle that pumps blood around the body. It does not hold emotions and it doesn't look like the shape on Valentine's cards. Love is based on an illusion.

Fantasy

My heart will never hurt again,
My mind will be controlled and sane,
My soul forever free from woe,
The one I love will never go.

My ending draws near, it’s too late to be saved,
The poison I drank brings the death that I craved,
As sleep drags me down my last words you hear,
I love you and miss you, goodbye my dear.

My mind and soul fight to the death,
And the battlefield is my heart.

And I will sleep forever in the arms of Love or Death.
All that is left is to decide which.

My restless spirit shall walk in your dreams,
And defend you from nightmares.

I am the shadow of a girl you never knew,
I am the ghost who walks beside you in the night,
And the whisper you hear as darkness closes on your dreams.
