A First Christmas
Suddenly it's 12 o'clock in the midnight...
Like an all-white you standing in front
That scent that takes one in the hunt...
All those blue skies were all gray
Those mornings that were astray...
And then it was daylight
After the break of dawn i see the light...
My days were swept away by tears
And my eyes keep on opening my fears...
In this quiet midnight I hear this song
Sounds of solitude linges in me long...
If only our hearts could speak
Those words our minds couldn't leak...
With each passing night
I succumb myself to you...
I lie awake tonight on my bed
Thinkin' everything had been said...
Like magic spell, I'm spell bounded
Like how autumn leaves just fell down the ground...
Hammered
I have come to this point of emptiness...
Just a hold of your hand
And I just cannot stand...
