A quote I live by: To teach is to share, To share is to Grow, and to Grow is to Live!! It is a simple concept. I am a teacher in all aspects of my life whether it is at school teaching Costume Design or showing my students how to construct a garment, or to my dear friends in the spiritual form, or just as an example of how I live my life. I can't help but teach, it is who I am and what I do so that I can grow and live.
Another part of my life is my design profession. I design and build costumes for theater, dance and re-enactment. My company, V Design and Production, has been in existence for 28 years. The time period I love best is Medeival and 1920's.

One of my new ventures is the field of Reiki. I am amazed at how much I have learned from my Reiki Masters over the past year. I am so thankful to have been enlightened into this field.
