In the silence I suffer
As the others laugh and shout...
Her smiles become rare
As she seals up this silence...
Waiting upon that step
Or waiting upon her bed...
Waiting on a doorstep
Or waiting in a chair...
I only wipe away the tears so no one will ask
I only hide the scars so no one cares...
She can't take it much longer
She's the tag-along...
She feels like dying right in front of you
Just to see how you would react...
Must she bottle up inside
There might be someone willing to listen...
She gets a feeling of loneliness
But there's a girl that makes that untrue...
Now there is no trust
Left inside her is pain...
You have no idea how she feels
She cries and you ask what is wrong...
Turned off the light inside her heart
Now all there is inside her life is darkness...
