A Hobbit's Recount
**read rapidly, no breaks except to breathe...
Here she comes to me in velvet
Feeling like maybe she's in debt...
Crawling across the floor
Your whip coiled around my neck...
In my dreams I see you standing near
Watch your glowing hair wrap around...
I cannot bear to see my loved ones slowly wither
They will know when they see the crimson river...
Standing calmly at her balcony with a face painted...
Black cloak drawn taut slips from her shoulder...
This empty chasm fills my lungs as I breathe
Conspicuous suffocation taking me...
Perfect life or so you have forced me to decide
Sometimes I wonder if I’m even alive...
Time is meaningless
For we can never write it all...
I'm unsure of who I am
I have failed God's master plan...
He who runs never looks to the sun
Until the show is over and the game is won...
I know this poem is long, but I put a lot of time...
