Poetry is my release from the normal. |
I've seen you sat on that seat;
Next to the old oak tree...
Porcelain butterflies escape
From my mind...
Morning dew shines in a spectrum
Of vivid color...
Once, you and me, we were close.
Just a platonic boy-girl friendship...
The girl, passes like a ship silhouetted against...
Her figure drowning in it's silken turquoise...
Under the harvest moon.
In the leafy clearing...
Blood drenched fields. Smell of metallic. Armies...
Sleek midnight horses bayed and snorted hot...
A lady dressed totally in red.
Ready to hack at you until you are dead...
Fire burning in my heart.
Beating like a pagan drum...
Sadness binds them closer and laughter is the the key to there kindred souls. They live for each other and for others like them |
Love is what saves your soul from it's dark side. |
Love helps us see that there is hope. |
