Anger and hurt searing through my body
Piercing my soul...
You smile &
I fall...
She's drowning in a sea of Tears
Her outreached hand goes ungrabbed...
Life spilled in cheap ringed folders
Thin lines flow red to black...
Darkness played
Disguised as a whisper...
Lost, forgotten, without rhyme
Longing in my heart and mind...
As stars delight the deepening night
When he lays him down to sleep...
Sitting alone in this midnight train
Traveling in my daily nightmares...
Whispers of poetry
As gemstones to your ears...
Broken hearts, love's deceit,
pieces fall down to my feet...
....................The Dark...
Love Is Not Always What It Appears To Be...
No uttered words the poet speaks,
No skies of golden hue...
Lying entwined with him under a tree
Lips gently exchange sugary kisses...
I don't know if this poem is any good... I'm just...
I thought things were good now...
She was drinking at a party
On a raging New Year's Eve...
Once upon a fairy tale
Was a girl we all know well...
Age of six
He loved her so...
A shot rings out
blood sprays the wall...
I wish I were your pillow,
So you would hold me tight...
He walked through the door a tear in his eye
He lifted his sleeve and wiped it dry...
Everythings so silent
I cant hear a voice...
As I lay on my bed
And stare into space...
The light in your eyes
As you stare into mine...
