Wake up to the alarm again
Want to throw it at the wall...

You never know what you have to lose
Until one day it's gone...

I often feel so down and sad
The reasons unexplained...

You lead me on with hopes
Then toss them all aside...

We search for the words to write
And pen in such a way...

I can't make up my mind
I'm swayed easily by the wind...

A dream entices you with desire
Or feelings of such deep hate...

Can you be on the verge of insanity
But never quite cross the border...

I'm going insane
Walking outside my mind...

As I look at these poems
I've written to share with you...

Digging deeper inside
Reaching into my soul...

Thoughts are flooding my mind
And just won't seem to leave...
