The hearts a ballet dancer
twirling magnificently...
I sit here quietly,
Just thinking of you...
A gentle pain relief
To sooth a broken heart...
Sitting in silence
Silence consumes me...
A silent kiss
On the porch at night...
Want him then and forever
her ever changing lover...
We walked slowly as the sun set
Staring at the golden and red hues...
Moon bright and full, over misty sky
Wolves howl in the distance, not shy...
Upside down; inside out
Scream, cry; Laugh, shout...
Ivy tendrils tentatively twine
Around a flickering streetlight...
Is it always best to fight
To stay stubborn to the end...
The pure, gentle, golden sunshine of the late...
So beautiful, and warm to the touch...
