My poems aren't really the best. I can definitely do better. I like to keep things simple. Complicated and long just isn't the way to go when you have a lot of say. If there are poems that are featured, they're obviously the poet's best work, so you should go and see how well they really write. There's nothing that pisses me off more than a title that isn't capitalized or has spelling errors. I mean, come on, it's probably no more than six words--max. It just shows that you don't care if your poem looks crappy. Make the title look nicer, use a couple more fancy words, and people might actually click on it. [Ugh I think I sounded real cocky back there. xDD oh well, can't help it]. Most of these poems are inspired by my own life, or some quote I thought was inspiring. Hope you like it. |
Your face, it floats,
In front of my eyes...
She doesn't answer,
When the phone again rings...
You hate me, you love me,
Which one is true...
If only you were here
To cure all of my pain...
If only you were here
To cure all of my pain...
You're like a star,
Shining so bright...
Tears down my face,
Heart torn apart...
I still remember all those times
Where we laughed about stupid things...
All I want
Is one single kiss...
If there was a prince charming to wake me from my sleep with a kiss, ride off into the sunset on his white horse and live happily ever after with me, he better drag his ass over here right now. |
Sometimes, when I see her, I wonder, "Why wasn`t it me?" |
Eventually, you`re gonna find out that everyone`s gonna hurt you at least once. It`s up to you who`s worth the pain. |
