I could live a million lives,
and never again find you...
I close my eyes you come to me,
Drifting through the mist...
The strings sing such sweet melody,
His words, they scream of pain...
Bodies laying in the field,
All the spoils war does yield...
Traipsing through this hourglass,
Time is slowly slipping...
I never thought I'd find the one,
This world holds much confusion...
This demon has taken you,
Taken you from me...
Do you see these tears of blood,
That rage from deep inside...
Days of youth spent in steady storm,
On occasion a vision of glorious sun...
A small secluded world of my own,
Uncorrupted by society's rules...
I can't get high or drunk enough,
To forget the pain I know...
Though to some the quest is impossible,
I shall find you in the dark...
