If life was a fairytale,
Happy endings would prevail.
If happy endings exist,
Our love would have never exit.

I used to smile whenever I see or think about you,
But now I cannot seem to recognize that familiar face.
After all, years have gradually passed as we expeditiously grew.
No longer shall I chase after that lost memory, like a rat race.

I have experienced that somewhere in life you'll end up breaking a person's heart,
Just like that unrequited love of yours that will only depart.

As bad as it seems, the more I see my friends suffer from love, the more I remember how it once felt like to actually be attached to someone.

Who cares what people think of you. As long as you know who you are then that should be enough to prove them wrong.

Destiny was when you broke us apart.
Forever was when you left me this scar.
Karma was when she kissed another guy at the bar.

I have experienced that you're worth more than just any selection,
So if ever you become their collection make sure to be placed on the top section.

I do not remember if it was two years or a past lifetime,
But for sure, I know you were my golden prime.
I do not remember how we drifted apart,
But I definitely remember how we came to a start.

I do not know why I am writing this,
But there is something inside of me that makes me reminisce.
I do not know how to describe this feeling,
But I believe it is the outcome from my past healing.

Darling, to me, you are one of a kind.
The first to bring me happiness and peace of mind.
I will try my best for you to keep me as your last
Because surely without you, I would be totally lost.
