Ummm i dunno what to say i have had to deal with a lot of changes in my life recently that not a lot of people should have to deal with. So instead of putting my anger out in words and shouting i try and put my fury and emotional and physical pain in these poems.

I know that I can come across as just an adolescent going through a phase but i actually do hurt myslef in ways not that many people could imagine, I don't do it to gain attention i do it because i can't control my anger!

Sorry if this is sounding OTT but yeah dont judge me if you don't know me.
