Why does something you know is bad feel so good?

Thoughts are consuming me, all i can think about now is cutting

He makes me feel like life is worth living...for once!

Your trying to act like you know what I am going trough, Like the addictions, of drugs, alcohol and cutting are easy to stop, you just don't understand anymore, so please stop the help it's not helping

Every time I cut I feel better, But then I feel like I need to hide the scares. No, I won't hide myself becuase they jugde me, I will not be scared of what they say. This is me, and I don't want to be you.
