She was always so sad but never said a word

Sometimes I wish I could fast forward to see if it was even worth it

Im lying to myself and saying its for the best

She looks in the mirror as she wipes away her running mascara and whispers Im so stupid.

I’ll just pretend to hug you until you get here :D

Sometimes people put up walls not to keep others out but to see who cares enough to tear them down

Sticks & stones might break my bones but words can shatter the soul
