as i was grown up i suffered for depression really bad, i found it hard to trust people and talk to them so i found saftey in writing. i found i could express how i was feeling, i found it helped me to get on with life.

annd now im all grow and i want to share the feelings that i had and still do have at times because you never no they might help some-one.
