A Jersey Yankee born and raised, lost somewhere in the Southern "twilight Zone". I had a published book of rhymes "Rhymes From H E L" that is now out of print. I enjoy lifting weights, classic cars(AMC), motorcycling, MENSA and of course putting thoughts to paper. Spent 20+ good years in your Air Force and am now enjoying working with High School students. |
I remember that day
When so many went to Heaven...
60 seconds, a minute gone
60 minutes, an hour gone...
Like quicksilver,
Slipping through your fist...
Softly flowing against me
Gently caressing my body...
Tears, cascading down
A sad faced clown...
Did they really get it right?
When they told about that night...
The boys of Summer
The boys of Fall...
Mariah:
("Away out here they got a name...
The occupants were never seen,
Thats to say, by myself I mean...
There,
The tree...
Live, Love, and Die...Hard! |
May your todays be half as good as your tomorrows. |
