My name is Alex, and I live in Lincoln, NE. I enjoy playing guitar, playing and watching sports, hanging out with my friends, video games, writing poetry, reading, and sleeping :) I am a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian, and have been so all of my life. I only recently started writing poetry, and it was for an English class. I never knew that I would actually enjoy English class, much less discover a love for poetry. I have never been a writer, and never even considered writing poetry for fun, or for any other reason. Through poetry I have found a way that I can express my feelings in another way, and it is also a very relaxing thing to do. I hope you enjoy reading my poems as much as I enjoyed writing them.
