Hey! My names Zak and I am in 10th grade right now. I use poetry to write down my feelings. Throughout my life I have been through a lot starting at when I was 5 my parents divorced than when I was 12 my 2 year old sister died along with one of my good friends. I was holding all my feelings for a long time which gave me a great deal of saddness/anger/confusion and some horrible anger problems but as I grew up I learned to let them out instead of hold them in. For a while I was going to a therapist but it got to the point that I didnt need to talk to anyone anymore, thats when I started writing my own poetry.
