"And know that victory comes with patience, relief with affliction, and ease with hardship."

"Geen moslim lijdt aan iets, een prik van een doorn of erger, of God wist daardoor zonden van hem uit, en zijn zonden vallen van hem af zoals de bladeren van de bomen vallen".

Indeed, Allah does not wrong the people at all, but it is the people who are wronging
themselves. (10:44)

Indeed, We have warned you of a near punishment on the Day when a man will observe
what his hands have put forth and the disbeliever will say, "Oh, I wish that I were dust!"
(78:40)

On the Day a man will flee from his brother, And his mother and his father, And his wife
and his children. Everyman, that Day, will have enough to make him careless of others.
(80:34-37)

Say, "Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be
returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what
you used to do." (62:8)

And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives
and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient. (2:155)

But you prefer the worldly life, While the Hereafter is better and more enduring. (87:16-17)

O my people, this worldly life is only [temporary] enjoyment, and indeed, the Hereafter -
that is the home of [permanent] settlement. (40:39)

O you who believe! Keep your duty to Allah and fear Him, and speak (always) the truth. (33:70)
