You lie so broken in your world,
there is no more light, no bliss...
I am sitting here writing this poem
shocked by what I just read...
I'm standing there with blurred, dark eyes,
nothing but a disgrace...
I lie in the park, at the old, breaking bench,
my eyes are burning as my teeth slowly clench...
Dear Peter.
Wow, it's been a while...
Surrounded by shadows, drowned by tears,
choked by words, bounded to fears...
Underneath her mask
lies something un-revealed...
Alone in this darkened place,
cold, so cold, I shiver...
It's another windy September day,
my face has formed a frown...
Dear Diary,
the weirdest thing happened today...
I've only lived for thirteen years,
but I've been through so very much...
The day you left me,
was the day I felt true pain...
