In a world I hate and despise...

I found the guy I love
Seemingly sent from above...

Too many tears Ive cried
Sat in the mirror and straight faced lied...

It hurts inside
I swallow my pride...

For once I just don't know what to say
To tell you how you've turned my night to day...

I look back on life seeing nothing but pain
Lies and hatred streaming on me like never ending...

The cold night air kisses my neck
As I stare coolly into this mirror...

Sometimes you don't realize
That the things you say...

I wish for many different things
Hoping that the future will bring...

Every time I close my eyes
It all goes away...

Some days I think everything
Has gotten to that certain point...

I used to be able to keep it in
Sealing my lips with lies...
