A friend would only ever see your back as they plunged the knife in whereas an enemy would love nothing more than to see the look on your face. Turn your back to enemies and keep your eyes on friends.

Pain is not your enemy. It is your friend. Work with pain, not against it. Pain is revealing truths to you that need to be acknowledged. Learn this and your pain will drive you to success.

Time does not go fast or slow. It is just there in the background. It is our activity/inactivity that characterises and defines time. It matters not to time, only to us. Because we are alive and time is not.

One day you will be the greatest. As for today, keep fighting on.

Try not to think about your past as being a fall and crash. Instead, see it as a springboard. Your past should not be feared as it is your past that springs you to success.

The course of history can be changed for the good of all people by individuals that simply learn to question their own ways.

First they are foreigners, then they become immigrants and finally they are acknowledged as British. Generations later, first they are British, then they hate immigrants, and blame all the foreigners.
