Without much experience behind my name,
the days that go by seem often the same...
The redwoods but tower,
as terrible fear...
She was sent with a purpose,
Thus wouldn’t allow...
Explosive emotions for the light that I see,
sparks that deep kindled flame stored deep within...
I've come this far,
Only to find...
Still no notice of hate,
No sign of mistrust...
Her brows are a patchwork,
of her fading hope...
As if on lonely horse I ride,
Throughout life's heavy weighted stride...
You'd think you always knew me,
From the look that's in your eyes...
Beyond the shards of glass I see,
A corpse whose spirit's begun to flee...
My worrisome forehead,
Maps the riddles in life...
Close my eyes with steady hands,
while my soul's windswept in timely sands...
