I surrender
To the look residing in your eyes...
Stop.
Close your eyes...
If I tell you to sleep with open eyes
Will you still dream of me dying...
As war drums crash in distant woods,
a rumble shakes the earth...
While walking on clouds I realized
How beautiful this universe could be...
Place the underrated pen to your vocal cords,
Sing through the pen, these are a poets words...
As I've grown I've learned several things
Life is full of dissapointments...
Trekking along the never-ending road
As the cars and trucks just pass on by...
My fight against Multiple Sclerosis...
I strip my clothes of and reminisce
Of my awful past of yesterday...
A shattered cough,
Lost breath...
My throbbing head pounds, details all blurry.
Body racked by pain, hit a tree in my hurry...
Don't worry.
Don't let me make you forget...
Once held dear, I dazzled brightly.
Over many hands I slowly faded...
